The intention behind Change Community

I’ve heard from a few of you that are interested in the Change Community but don’t necessarily know what kinds of posts are welcome or appropriate. Some don’t feel comfortable sharing their own efforts and ideas in what is perceived as Kindling’s space.

So let me be 100% clear: We want your posts! We want your ideas, questions, concerns, venting, and beyond. We want this to be your place, not Kindling’s.

The hope and intention for the Community is to co-create a space where any changemaker can go to get support, support others, share ideas, and reflect on their role in change. It’s not a place for you to support what Kindling is doing. It’s a place for Kindling to support you by connecting you to like-minded people, opportunities, and resources.

Will you join us? What’s stopping you? How can Change Community better support your change efforts?
